Uk. Best type of plant food

Hello,

Does anyone have suggestions as to which is the best plant food available in the uk?

Or which is the best from the following:

INTERPET FLORA BOOST No2
API LEAF ZONE
TETRA FLORAPRIDE
KING BRITISH PLANT FOOD

The tank has been up for 2 days, when should i start feeding the plants? see my previous posts for my tank setup.
