m sick of dino.. and it was in both tanks i have.
I had to take a long time to take down my Solana and i think that i just want to focus on that tank. Its becoming to much frustration on me and on my wallet. im only 19 and in college so i cant afford to keep doing this! ill try and sell it all at a nice price

So I have basically the ultimate biocube.
The Package would Include:
BC 14gal
150watt sunpod with a brand new Phoenix 14k bulb
Reefkeeper Lite
Brand New AC70 Fuge with biocube skimmer and new brand new stones
Replacement Maxijet 600 pump
Koralia Nano
Plus Heater and Fan

and a free stand (not Biocube stand) i find it to be better)

i was thinking of doing 600 or 650 for it all

what would you suggest?!

I really don't think you could get that much for it all. We know what you paid and what it is worth... but to re-sell it your going to get pennies on the dollar. My 75G setup, probably spent $5k on all the equipment, I would be very lucky to get $500 if I sold it. In your area I am sure you could get a little more for it than it would go for in my area, since my area is very saturated, especially in the last couple years, with used tanks.

At most I would put $500 for it all but be willing to take $350 if it is offered. This is the main reason if I ever took my tank down for any length of time I would just store everything for a later date rather than try and sell it. To be perfectly honest, I think you would kick yourself if you did sell it because I can think of one major use for that tank, make it solely a QT tank when your 34g is up and running.. no light.. low maintenance, just use the old water out of your 34g from a water change to use on your 14g for a water change. The more you get into corals the more your going to really want to keep a QT tank for those as well to protect your main tank from pests. It just takes one small piece of coral with nasties on it to ruin your tank. Also, when your 2 picassos start to mate and have babies, the 14g will be a perfect fry tank for the babies.

i was actually contemplating making it a nice little Frag tank. if i did do that would i just make it bear bottom with egg crate racks?

you saying i would kick myself later on has also come to mind because i feel like i would probably do just that lol

also i have a huge problem. the dino is back and its growing quite quickly.. i might have to rush the set up of my big tank into this upcoming week after this one week carbon cycle is up. its growing on my freddy crougar chalice which is little and cant really take to much of the pressure haha.

so im in a panic cause i need to move my corals, get them dipped, and in their new tank before dino does its damage again
