um eating raw eggs??

They make some really good high protein shakes now. I know a lot of people who have used them with good results. Look into them before you decide to drink eggs.:barf:

LMAO!! Yeah, don't do the raw egg thing please...if you do get into the high protein thing though be sure you are working out, if not you may end up with a lot of fat..not muscle LOL!!

even mixing the eggs destroys most of the good stuff, cooking it ruins more, changing the molecular structure,'er somthin lol

ya i was just curious,i thought there must be a reason people do it,people say it makes them feel better and more enegery if they eat a couple raw eggs a day... i however am not going to do that, ill go with whey protein shakes lmao thanks for the help though... wasnt aware that penut butter had a significant amount of protein,i eat it alot :)

Eggs are sterile inside the shell - you don't even need to refrigerate them as long as they aren't cracked. I regularly put raw eggs into milkshakes, although I've never gone as far as drinking them down raw and straight.

im no personal trainer but i dont think its only protein that you should look for to build muscle quickly and effectively.
be careful of lifting a lot every day, you need some rest in between strenuous workouts for the muscle to repair itsself. workout/take a break every other day or workout a couple/few days in a row and take a couple days off, or a combination.
what you are doing when you lift and feel the burn (lol).. is you are tearing your muscle a little bit. when you sleep, the muscle heals itsself and grows over the tears, that's where the protein helps.
to build muscle more effectively you also need to take into account the amount of calories you take in a day, which should be more than you previously/are now taking in... but not too much so that you get fat instead of muscle.
