im seriously curious bout this :P

that's a fantastic way to expose yourself to salmonella bacteria, and potentially get very sick.

that's a fantastic way to expose yourself to salmonella bacteria, and potentially get very sick.

thats what i thought.. then i researched :) lmao.. salmonela actually cant get in an egg shell,so its only a danger if you have a defective egg.. and in the united staes thats something like 1 in every 30,000 ( unless you acidently crack it yourself )

despite waht people think, its actually very safe, youve got a better chance of falling down your satairs the way i look at it.. i just want to know if it will actually help build muscle, and if i should eat yolk and white,i know it sounds nasty, ill plug my nose lmfao

there are better ways of getting protein..

thats why im asking... what are these ways?? i was thinking what could be better than a natural substance..

what do you guys suggest then ??

i mean hey... rocky ate them, and look at him..... :)

eeewww that would make me vomit on the spot

They make some really good high protein shakes now. I know a lot of people who have used them with good results. Look into them before you decide to drink eggs.:barf:
