wow, absolutely beautiful! ive always wanted to try a heavily planted discus tank but i dont have the room or $$$ for the 210 gal that i want to try that with. very nice work, show us some more pix! :clap:

How big are they? I find some grow fast and others don't. I guess they produce growth inhibiting hormones.

The biggest is an adult. He was advertised as a wild-caught blue. The turqs and the blue diamond are probably8-9 mo. old. They are definitely growing at different rates. I've read that discus may emit a growth inhibitor hormone so that may be what's going on in my 125g. They are fed twice daily and I do 2 or 3, 50% - 60% partials a week. I took some more pics this am.

I do 50% water changes once a week. I may have to move up, but it takes a lot of time. I also have a 125 gallon.
