vegetables for bars, danios, pleco

I use fresh zucchini, squash and spinach. Just be sure to wash it first. I lost four Pleco's when I forgot to clean first.
^ agree + cucumber, leaf lettuce, shelled peas, green beans, almost anything really. I blanch them first as it makes it easier for them to eat it.
