That being said, hitting my tank with acriflavine only really killed hornwart (I'd expect similar fine leaved plants would be similarly affected), a few other plants looked a little ratty but all are back to 100% now after about 6 weeks (mostly amazon swords, jap rush, crypts and lindernia), with the exception of some eusteralis but part of the problem with that is my Clown Loaches like to eat it. I also expect that high temperatures were also responsible for plant death as I ran the system at 86F for the entire duration of the treatment.
Yeah I noticed that even after 3 treatments my cabomba and pearlweed had turned completely yellow...they're just starting to colour back up now. I haven't seen any signs of the infection the last couple days, but I'm going to change the water tonight, we'll see then what happens.

You have a beautiful tank! I guess I am more attached to my fish than to my plants and would treat the tank in the best way to save the fish... I certainly wouldn't start killing them just to save my plants. It has been noted, after all, that although some meds can affect the plants, they usually bounce back after some time. This is just my opinion, of course. I hope things work out well for you.
If it was entirely possible to temporarily house 135 gallons of plants I would, believe me...
