hi all,

i bought some vinegar eels from someone on aquabid to feed my soon to be crab fry. and the guy shipped it in a small ziplock bag with about 3oz-4oz's of apple vinegar cider/water mixture. when i opened the box and took out the ziplock bag i notice i didnt see any movement in the mixture at all, only clumps of brown matter possibly dead vinegar eels? i have since moved them to a 2 liter plastic bottle. i've tried emailing the seller but he has not responded on what actions are needed to be taken, and if the vinegar eels are salvageable or not.

if anyone has any experience on culturing vinegar eels could you please tell me if what i received is DOA? or do i just need to add some more apple cider vinegar and part of an apple to get it going? please advise. :)
