The other day while I was online, i saw a pic of the Sims and had a crazy urge to play it. Of course I looked for free downloads, which they had none. While I was googling, I cam across a game called "Virtual Villagers". It kind of seemed like a Sims game in the description, so I downloaded the Demo.
Well, now I've gotten as far as I can in the Demo, and I'm a little bit addicted to the game. I want to solve all the "puzzles" and get the villagers to fish and be on the "master" level on either farming, science, building, healing, etc.

Well, to be able to do anything else in the game I'd have to buy it online(you get it downloaded to your computer.).. it costs $19.something.

The thing is, if I get it, I'll just procrastinate by playing this game until I win, then when I win, I probably won't play it anymore.... but I just wanna win it.
There's also "Virtual Villagers 2" and "Virtual Villagers 3."

Do you think I should I just buy it?

20 bucks isn't that much for a game. I've got all the sims1 expansion packs and all of the sims2 expansion packs up until they put secuROM on their software. So, $20 seems like a deal. Cost wise that's like one night at the movies. Although, if you are looking to just play the original sims you can get the complete collection for about $40. Although, I much prefer the sims 2. The sims is very open ended though so if you are looking for challenges and puzzles it doesn't have too much. The sims2 does better with that because you can have a business and earn badges and stuff like that.

If you have the free time. I'm holding out for Fallout 3 in September, and I'm probably going to take a day or two off from work because when I get started in a game I get completely addicted, so I figure I just need to play it and then i can resume my life as usual lol.

i have the time, not really the money.. trying to get my new tank up n running. im just gonna get it lol, whatever. im gonna get a sims game some time though, i <3 that game!
