I just noticed something about the aquarank page- there is one column that says "in" and it seems to be the current number of votes per site. There is another column that says "out" however. Does that mean we can vote against a site on aquarank?

A click from AC to Aquarank goes in the "in" column. A click from Aquarank to Ac goes in the "out" column.
