VOTE for Neo for American Cichlid Association - Board of Trustees


My name is Li. I have been a life time member of ACA since 2006 and have been keeping fish since 1993. Currently I am keeping a range of rare and exotic predatory fish.

I am 31 years old, probably the youngest candidate in this year's election ballot. If elected I will be the youngest on the board. I have the energy and stamina to dedicate to ACA and the upcoming generations of fish keepers.

I enjoy the ongoing challenge of fish keeping and also am dedicated to the challenge of promoting the hobby of fish keeping. My goal as an administrator and as a BOT is to take the hobby of fish keeping to a new level for future generations of fish keepers all over the world.

I am a strong supporter of promoting the fish hobby. Currently I have supported and sponsored quite a few fish conventions. Some examples of sponsored events are ACA2006, ACA2007, ACA2008, MCA2006, MCA2007, MCA2008, Catfish2008, and Stingray2008.

I am currently the owner and administrator of the Monster Aquaria Network. The network consists of three forums; MonsterFishKeepers.com , AquariaCentral.com and Aquatic-Photography.com and is one of the largest fish networks on the internet, also currently in partnership with TropicalFishHobbyist magazine.

I feel I am the best candidate for this year's election. I represent the future and am ready to help tackle the issue of increasing ACA's membership. I have alot of experience working with the younger generation of fish keepers. I am dedicated to the hobby and will foster new fish keepers while supporting the established. I will continue to show my support through sponsorship of events and promotions on my websites.

maybe part of it is because when they send you stuff, the postage is more. that's the first thing that came to mind.


hmmm. . . i'm gonna start planning a trip to cincinnati. not too far away, by the looks of it.
