What's going on here? Why does WalMart want nearly $30 for a shrimp that Uncle Bill's up near Indy sells for $0.29?
Just wondering, happened to go by Uncle Bill's yesterday and saw them along with a ton of other critters, inlcudng a 3' moray eel.

I would imagine that the actual cost of the shrimp is $0.269 or $0.27. Someone in invoicing screwed up.

Well, Wal-Mart has prices per 100 or something like that to show you what they buy their things for.

LOL!! I would never buy a 30 dollar fish/shrimp from walmart!! But it was probably a mistake! Can you imagine if that is where you had to go for all your fancy/expensive fish

yea they are around 26 cents which sucks cause they used to be 7 cents when walmart first started selling fish. i used to buy a bunch from them.

I still get them ten for a dollar

Lol, I haven't paid a penny for a ghost shrimp in years, since I found them abundanlty in our tidal creeks. Ten minutes nets me 50-100.

uncle bills in indy is really not that good ...
they have some nice tanks ... but ive seen stuff in the greewood store that i wish i had a camera for

now there is a good fish store in greenwood on 31
in the walmart strip mall
between walmart and the oriental buffet place ( great place to eat if the food is hot ... lol )

hey jim .. PM me and we can talk about where the good fish stores are ... i only know of a very few
