I went on vacation for 2 months and the person taking care of the aquarium didn’t clean it and overfed so I Scrubbed the walls and vacuumed the gravel and did a 90% water change. I replaced with 9 gallons of spring water. Should I replace my filters now too because they’re 2 months old and are full or should I wait a little for the bacteria to be in the water? Lmk

Rinse the filters in declorinated water, they likely don't need to be replaced, but cleaned would be an option.

I'm more interested in the two month vacation.

I'm not sure what can be done after the waterchange now...

There isn't gonna be any bacteria in your water... Test for ammonia compounds, make sure there is no ammonia spike.
