water not clear

Since i have had my tank, it has never been perfectly clear. The tank looks great, but it is slightly cloudy with little things that look like they are floating. I have done 2 water changes but those little floaty things are still in the tank. Not sure if the floaty thing are tiny air bubbles from the filter or something else. i tried to touch one and i could not, i tried to grap them but could not.

How do i get the tank clear and no floaty things. I have tried aqua clear, but that seem to do nothing.

Was the Vortex XL or Vortex D-1 diatom filters mentioned on those linked posts? They are such an incredible "water polishing" device!
