Watercress Darter

Anyone out there with Watercress Darters in their tank or know where one might acquire such a fish (by legal means)?

From what I've seen you'd have to get a permit. They seem to be on the endangered species list. However if you contact the school that did this study you might be able to get specimens . http://www.birminghamaudubon.org/watercress.htm
