So I'm getting ready for my weekend trip to Atlantic City for a buddy of mine's bachelor party. I go to feed my fish and then I see these new marks on my angel! Any idea what they could be? The tank inhabitants are:
1 Koi Angel
3 Otos
4 Albino Corys
1 Bolivian Ram
6 Red-Eye Tetra

I'm rather worried. I have 3 thoughts of things it might be. Either a disease that I don't know about, my Otos decided his slime coat was tastey (as I've heard some can do), or the Angel and Ram have been duking it out when I'm not watching. No one else in the tank seems to have problems. He just has these pinkish little dots that look like scales are missing. He has seemed shy lately. Any ideas?

Edit: the white lines in the pictures are just air bubbles coming from the Aqua Clear HOB's spouts.

Is that a little worm hanging off it in the second pic? Maybe it has an external parasite and the spots you are seeing is where the worm was attached?

Looks like a scrape to me. I've never seen rams and angels terrorizing each other. That's not the case especially when either is not breeding at all. Do you have abrasive decorations, Tekonus?

Like I said in the edit, air bubbles.

Since it happened I have noticed the angel chasing the ram around a bit lately. The only thing I have that might be remotely abrasive would be the drift wood thats been in there since the tank was set up. Never had problems with it before.

Could be getting jumpy around lights off, My angels would get startled when I turn the lights off and scrape themselves on the driftwood within the tank.

Could be, I have noticed it has been more jumpy lately. I figured it was because of whatever was going on with it, I didn't think about it actually being the cause. I'll have to keep an eye out.
