I'm in the middle of a move.
I am moving my 150 gallon back into my place downtown.

ok I have moved it. I am a little leary 1800 lbs on the second floor the joists are 1.625" x 7.25". I have the tank 3/4 full and there is 4.5 inch before it full.
I talked to a bunch of different contractors they were split down the middle about having the tank on the second floor.

I would take the advice of the contractor who said not to put it there. I'm always a bit weary of contractors as I know a few and some of them will literally give bad advice in the hopes that they'll get the call to fix the problem. Best not to take the chance.
