I just had a fun experience, I don't know why but about an hour after I fed my GSP I came back into the room to still see the piece of shrimp hanging off his beak in full form (anyone who's had a GSP knows this is weird). I guess the piece had gotten caught somehow on his beak. I had to catch him in my net and I had a hell of a time just trying to catch the piece of meat in my fingers let alone pry it from his beak (that not only was stuck to it but he wanted to eat the damn thing too, imagine prying food from a 3 inch GSP's mouth!). anyways to make a long story short he's fine but a little shaken up over this little ordeal....not to mention me as well!
