What about the cleaner pack at Dr. Foster and Smith?

I'm starting up a 75gal and it will a non-aggressive with live sand and live rock. I was checking Dr. foster and smiths website and they have cleaner packs http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/scateg.cfm?siteid=25&pCatId=420

Are these worth it? I deffinetly like idea of having these little guys running around and cleaning. But which packs to get and which ones to stay away from? Any help would be great.

well, id stay away from the ones that have fish in them ( i saw some with gobies and blennys) as most people consider clean up crews to be *mainly* inverts. The ALgae attack pack deluxe looks okay i suppose....

As for the detritus - depends on how much live rock will be covering up the bottom of the tank. most of the inverts in the pack look like sea stars and sea cucumbers, which shift around in the sand bed. But if there tons of live rock in the way, well there won't be room for them to shift.
