what are loaches and many more questions....?

I am successfully keeping 5, 3inch yoyo loaches(grown from 1.5") with 4 green terrors that are 5-6 inches(grown from 3 inch) for six months now, they dont trouble each other. The loaches dont hide and are all over the 150 gallon tank. they nip the GT's but ther is not much of a problem...kind of funny to watch a 6 inch green terror running away from a nagging 3 inch loach...:-)
 
well the article lupin posted was very informative and gave good reasons why not to keep them together and it wasn't because of aggression at all. it was cuz of water temp and pH and alkalinity.

Try the Aquabid.com, or the AC or MFK Classifieds sections. I expect most MFK members will have synos to sell as several of them keep plenty of catfish.:) Ask your LFS if they can order for you.
 
alright. thanks! unfortunately i don't have any LFS in my area. the closest one is way up north called aquatic warehouse. but i might ask my cousin to get it for me if they come down to my area sometime.
