What did you do today?

On my day off today, I stayed inside the house as it was freezing. Me and my girlfriend cleaned the filters and tanks, then experimented with different food combinations. We came up with chicken+pineapple+bourbon wine sauce=good.

I also sat around and practised some japanese with her, followed by me quizzing her in spanish.

Boring day, as our plan was to go to downtown chicago. :(
 
I slept in and relaxed most of the day after being on the road on vacation all weekend. I did clean the fish tanks, however.
Back to work tomorrow.
 
I 'taught' today. There's only 8 days of school left and coming off the Memorial Day weekend, most of the were too sunburned to move.

Came home to an empty house. I'm baching it while Lexie and X-boy are in Austin with her sisters. I fed the fish, played some cards online, watched Firefly, played with the cats, ate Subway, and contemplated getting live rock and water.
 
Showered in the morning, brushed my teeth, water the garden, eat breakfast, took my vitamins, homework, internet, aquaria central, cs, and etc.

My day was a typical "G" day...in other words just goofy!
 
hey guys! well....today....i woke up....watched some tv, had some cereal. then i watched tv again and bought "I am Legend" from sky box office and watched that. then I bought this other movie where the woman loses her husband to these arabs. they torture him etc can't remember..oh yeah "rendition" its called. watched that. so i've just been watching movies! oh yeah u guys wont believe what my dad did, he stripped the tank bare that the bala shark had been in (dead now, he murdered him) and he washed the gravel. now will have to cycle it again. aaaaaaaaaarrrrrrgggggggggghhhhhh anyways my mum is still crying about ur bala shark and no one is talking to my dad in the house.

sounds like he mightve been trying to do something nice without knowing that it would backfire

Firefly FTW!

I went to work from 8-4:30, sat in traffic for an hour to and from, then got home and fired up the tractor. Moved some stuff from the basement to storage in the shed, Got rid of all the extra lumber from rebuilding our deck railing, made a few trips to move all the rocks that used to be around the pond, moved a big pile of dirt, dug some landscaping timbers out of the woods, then got the pond filter working again. Tomorrow I can finally mow the lawn now that i've gotten all the crap out of it.
