Today i stirred up my gravel to get any uneaten blackworms to come up and get eaten.

Well, I was looking closely and saw little white worm looking things.
They are about 1/4 inch long, and thinner than a strand of hair.

At first, I thought they were little hairs or something, but then I saw them wiggling.
There were lots of them, maybe 50 or more.

I do feed my fish blackworms.

The only thing I can think of is the blackworms are reproducing in the tank.

Does anyone have any idea what these might be?

the white worms are planaria..they are nothing to worry about and will not harm your fish..they are however a good indication of overfeeding, perform a water change and reduce the amount you feed your fishes.

not only is a water change in order, but do a really good gravel vac and that should help. as a side note, some of your smaller fish may find them a tasty snack.. for example, i can't recall where i've ever seen them in my guppy tank. ;)
