What do you think about fairy shrimp?

I have seen these advertised on aquabid and other places. You can just buy a ton of the eggs, hatch them, and feed them to your fish. What are your thoughts? I don't know much about them.

They are Artemia. Small shrimp very easy to hatch and grow and fish love them! They are along the same line as brine shrimp and are sometime called the same name. The eggs can be kept for months and then hatched. They are actually sold as childrens sea monkeys!

but similar to brine shrimp, they probably have little nutritional value. I wonder if my cichlids would like them...

you can buy them frozen out any lfs. All my fish even the snails love them. Its more like a treat than a meal though.
