Clown loaches should be in a 6' X 2' tank at least. They need lots of space and grow very big.
Even Sids would be a bit crowded in this size tank. Khulis would be OK.
Why don't you put some sand in your tank if you are going to have bottom feeders? You could scatter some of your riverstones on top of the sand. It would look great and cories or khulis would have a place to dig.
