What is the best plywood tank sealant? Epoxy, pond liner, acrylic sheets, or could silicone just be spread over the whole surface?

fibreglass is another one you could use. I haven't built a tank but I think I would use a sheet of plexiglass and silicone. or maybe epoxy, but it's expencive stuff.

Alot of pros use West System Epoxy for small plywood tanks (under 200g's). This is where diy gets expensive. A 1 gallon kit of West System costs about $100.
