I'm looking for really difficult strength exercises or strength routines.

find yourself a 180 pound truck tire at the dump, find a nice long sidewalk and flip the tire over till you get to the end, then go back

haha, well, I would prefer something that I could do with no other object and at my house.

Pushups with your feet up high are tough without getting weights or other objects involved. Start out with your feet on the bottom step (assuming you have stairs in your house, continue moving up the stairs as far as you can go. When you get to the point of being able to do handstand pushups, I would call that pretty difficult. I used to do them in gymnastics while doing a handstand against a wall, but I was also very small then. :) I've seen people who can do them without any wall assistance. Something I'll probably never achieve.

I was going to mention hand stand press's too. At one point I could do a few with out wall assistance. Teaching your self how to walk on your hands is good too. It works all the core muscles, shoulders, lats, triceps, stabilizer muscles, pretty much everything upper body. Walking on your hands doesn't really concentrate on pecs though. I guess that would be the only downside. I was also going to mention checking out some basic bboy freezes. Some of these look simple but are really challenging. Just google basic bboy freeze and you'll see some examples. Some of the freezes are very similar to some yoga positions, so maybe check that out too. Also you could do some research on calisthenics. These are exercises without weights so they might be of some interest to you.

I'll check out basic bboy freez things. Hand stand push-ups and stair push-ups are good ones, but I already know of those. I forgot about a good walk on the hands thought. I will do that daily.
