What is the scientific name for the clown catfish?

Hi, my lfs has clown catfishes for sale..I want to research them before I buy them..I looked up clown catifish i the internet but that is not the fish they were selling..The catfish is dark and it looks like it has white marble markings on it..Do you know what it is?

lol, this is why common names are so difficult, but congrats to you for trying to educate yourself before you buy. you should call the store, sometimes the scientific names will be listed on their order forms or they can ask their distributor and call you back.
