What is this? Planeria?

get an airline tube and suck them out as you see them, it looks like a really big nematode

It looks like a huge nematode, but i really dont think nematodes get anywhere that big. has that same wrething in intervals motion to swim. hmmm
 
It's a midge larva; totally harmless. Give it a few weeks and it will metamorphose into a long-legged feathery-antennaed little fly. It is probably in the family Chironomidae, and so a close cousin of 'bloodworms'.
