What this..
I have 6 gal tank i set up as a grow out for my molly babies.
well, the babies were eaten up before i could get to them.
so i put my friends sick molly in the tank, but it died. :(

now their is nothing in the tank except 3 baby snails and some Javamoss

last night i noticed a small worm like creature in the tank.
Its white in color about half a inch long and as thin as a thread.
it moves around like a snake.

WHAT is it?????
is it a parasite or what...
i need to use the tank in about a week or so for my mollies babies, also would like to move some Java moss to the main tank.

What do i need to do.. Full sterilatzing or what..

Parasites don't survive long without a host--unlikely to be anything hazardous to fish. Most likely, it's an aquatic worm, no threat, no reason to do anything about it. There are tons of micro fauna that are a normal part of a healthy tank, we just seldom notice them.

sweet, should add a molly , just so that she can eat the worm.. hehe

plus how do i keep the Good bacteria goin without any fish…

Feed the tank lightly, just as if you had fish in there, or add some regular ammonia, as is used in fishless cycling.
