what is Your beefheart recipe?

right now im researching to make the ultimate beef heart recipe and i wanted to know if anyone had suggestion for it. here it is.

2 deer heart (deveined and chopped up)
cocktail shrimp( with shells as roughage)
kale or dandelion(spinach inhibits calcium absorption)
grapes
spirulina flakes
broccoli heads( little balls only)
1/2 a banana
3 centrums or whatever
3 garlic cloves(crushed)
paprika

im supposed to run all this through a blender until finely chopped but not liquefied . then add in prepared gelatin(flavorless)and freeze flat in a baggie. when needed break off a piece and thaw then chop into apriprite sized bites.does this seem a good way to make it?i took in info from a lot of sources and came up with this recipe and wanted your aproval.

(if you were wondering about the deer hearts it that my local butcher only had those . when i asked for beef hearts the lady looked at me relly weird. i think she thought i was into witchcraft or something)
 
Here's two recipies I feed to my Discus.

Shrimp no shells, 1800mg multivitamins/lb (no iron), 1800mg Calcium +D/lb, 2 hard boiled egg yolks, and some powdered garlic (not important how much, used more to encourage the fish to eat it.) Crush the multivitamins and calcium into a powder, and then add it in with the egg yolk to make a paste. The shrimp I just run through a meat grinder once, then add everything together very well, put it into a big ziplock bag, make a nice even flat out of it, seal it out with as much air out of the bag as possible, then freeze. The next day I usually take it back out, cut the bag away, and chop the flat into 1"x1" or .5"x.5" squares and rebag them into other bags. That makes it much easier to feed.


The beef recipie is nearly the same, but I do a 50-50 mix of beef and haddock. Its not important to use Beefheart, infact you can use 90% lean beef burger or even lean turkey burger instead. I don't add any Veg matter to these mixes because I feed boiled Zucchini occasionally separate.
 
ive read that fish cant digest large amounts of fat like in ground beef so heart is better. so this isnt true?beef heart is cheaper anyways. ill add in fillet of sole or haddock or whattever.thanks
