I am getting my 210 set up, You all know how expensive light can be, i just want to start with 300watts t5 or t8. Are there any other plants that live in this lights? I just reallly would like at least some plants in there.

Thanks

Recommended light levels;
1.5 to 2 watts of fluorescent light per gallon of water

Anubias species
Java Fern
African Bolbitis Fern
Aponogeton ulvaceus
Cryptocoryne species
Java moss

Ok, I will try to steall some anubias from my smaller tank and see how it does. How about java moss? or vallesneria?

You can grow a lot of plants in that light. The sword plants will grow well in that light. The large ones can handle it if you feed them by the roots. What are you using for substrate?

I have some jungle val going nuts on just 1.6 wpg. Recently took out a couple of 45" leaves. I also find that rotala can grow at this light level.

Is there a chart with this type of grading? Plants suited to specific lighting level.
