:help: I am setting up a 29g tank with LR and 2.5" LS. and either 40 or 50 gallon sump(don't know yet b/c I haven't bought one yet).

I want to have a royal gramma, a small goby and some cleanup inverts.

I am planning my sump at the moment, and I am not sure what PS to purchase.

My sump is going to be made of rubbermaid buckets.

Can anyone advice me about what PSs are good and bad? I saw one at Petco, Red Sea I think, for $40- but that seems cheap.

I have no idea what sort of PS to purchase or whether I how I should configure the PS with the sump. Please help. :help:

It does seem cheap for a skimmer. There are better skimmers than that, but I am not one to suggest one to you.

Also, how come you are using the rubbermaid buckets for the sump? I have seen some people do this, yet don't understand why.

I can answer that very quickly - it is a matter of cost. According to my research(which could be wrong) if done correctly they will work about as well.

that will more than likely be a Red Sea Prizm....If it is...dont waste your money...however, they make a great football and a usefull object to take out frustration on.......just take off the powerhead if you want to kick it bearfooted...lol
