What Sand!?

wait, what are you using the sand for, what kind of fish?

yes they will ship the sand to you.
 
agramax sand is agronite sand. unless you want your PH around 8.2 and hardness thats also quite high, youd be better off using a different type of sand.

most sands that dont affect water parameters should say "will not affect Ph" or something to that effect.
 
Use sand blasting sand. should be able to get it at any place that sells construction supply. It's fairly heavy and settles quickly.
My plants due fine in it.
 
what color sand?

tahitian moon sand is a black sand that will only slightly affect your Ph.
