I have a 180 Gallon African cichlid tank that recently lost 1/2 of its inhabitants to a severe bout of septicemia
The fish that didn't make it included venustus, red empress, electric blue ahli, pair of miscellaneous pseudotropheus, etc.
Now that everything has cleared and stabilized, I'm looking on the bright side and getting to decide what fish to add to restock...
In there now are a colony of ~ 8 L. Caeruleus (electric yellow labs), 2 large brichardi who are not a pair, a pair of juvenile Ps. Kenyi, a Hap. Sp. 44, a male peacock whose species I can't remember (female died), a Ps. Demasoni, and 4 M. Johanni. Innocuous tankmates are a trio of Syn. Eupterus who I almost never see and an 8" pleco.
Please give me your thoughts on which africans would make nice additions to this tank. I have an opportunity to get some frontosas cheap from a local breeder, but am unsure of long term compatibility.
Suggestions???
