I saw a mated pair of Kribs with about 40 3-5mm fry today... awesome to watch, but what do you do with the fry as they get larger?

Well, what's in the tank with them? Once the fremale stops looking after them(two to four weeks maybe), then the other fish will take care of them. And by "take care" I don't mean give them lolipops and tuck them in at night. :p: Depending on other tank inhabitants you might see them start to dissapear right away. You might be able to save a couple with one of those breeding nets, but in the long run you will need a grow out tank. (better start cycling)

The male and female will guard them to about an inch, maybe more. By that size, you should be able to sell or trade them in to a LFS.

However, if you are going to raise them seperate of the parents, they should remain with them for at least a week, but 2 weeks would be better.
