What to do with this Algae?

I got some moss like algae on my micro sword. As I could not find tweezers to keep the plant in the substrate, I used small bamboo sticks and toothpick - A few weeks later I notice this kind of algae attached to the micro sword. I have tried removing this algae manually but it keeps coming back. What kind of algae and what should I do with it? Appreciate your kind help.

sounds like hair algae maybe.

If it is hair algae just keep removing it and you can try dosing excel to help fight it. Try not to over feed, hair algae can be caused by excess nutrients
