What's a good mail order source for rare/foreign fish...?

I was wondering what's a good mail-order source for rare/foreign fish...?

I am looking for three specific species, that are hard to find here:

Green Neon Tetra - Paracheirodon Simulans
Lambchop Rasbora - Trigonostigma Espei
Electric Blue Jack Dempsey - Nandopsis Octofasciatum

Rasboras are often mislabeled or given totally incorrect names in pet stores. Petsmart and Petco are really bad for that. You can walk into the store and anything marked "? rasbora" could be any type of rasbora.

FOr the Blue JD you could go thru http://www.tangledupincichlids.com/ I plan on getting some from him when i get a bigger tank to house them, only thing is you have to make a 50 dollar order, he wont ship just one fish.
