Music is a very big part of my life. i was just wondering what everyones musical taste is, and who there favorite artists are. for startes my favorite musical genre is Classic rock. My favorite artists are led Zeppelin, Pink floyd, METALLICA, jimi hendrix, and bob dylan. Im going to see bob dylan april 1 and 2nd in chicago!!!!!

I am what is known as an ecclectic. On my playlist at any time you'll find Prince (both old and new, I don't discriminate against genius), King's X, Stevie Wonder, Goldfinger, NOFX, Green Day, Black Crows, Johm Williams, Wynton Marsalles, Vince Guaraldi, Bizet, Karl Orff, Led Zeppelin, just tons of Beatles stuff, Queen, Rush, gospel music, Sarak McLachlan, Cranberries, George Strait, Sublime, Foo Fighters... Heh. So, Rock, Jazz, Funk, Soul, Country, Gospel, Classic Rock, Metal, Punk, Reggae, Dub Style Reggae, Ska, Opera, Classical, Soundtracks... basically, if they ever put it on glass, vinyl, magnetic tape, CD, 8-track or DVD, I've listened to it.
I like modern music, but am always in the mood for some classics. In my car I have Usher, Eminem, Ashanti, Ja Rule... but I also have some classic motown music, rod stewart, james taylor, beegees, beetles, etc. I listen to it all!
I'm an underground hip hop guy. I'm not a fan of the mainstream shibby, its just tasteless crap IMO.
