A lot of times, it will tell you to feed the fish an assortment or something like that. I've got 2 clowns and 5 green/blue chromis' and a LM Blennie. The Cromis' and Clowns are probably need something more than just marine flake food, and if they don't I thought a "special" snack would be nice to have for my fish. But what's the best? Mysis Shrimp, Brine Shrimp, Bloodworms? I was also thinking about getting some Color enhancer flake food for the chromis' to make them brighter. Not the hormone injected or the artificial, just one of those foods designed to brighten by using algea and vitamins. Thanks.

I feed -
Frozen prepackaged LFS:
Formula 1
Formula 2
Prime Reef
Bloodworms
Mysis
Brine Shrimp
Silversides
Cyclopeze

Frozen from grocery store:
fresh (Not cooked) shrimp, squid, octopus and who knows what else in a prepackaged "seafood mix"- I just chop it up really fine.

The only dry food I use is dried nori sheets from the Asian market.

And live blackworms.
