what's wrong with my parrot fish

My parrot fish's stomach is getting huge and all white and fluffy. if anyone knows what happened then respond please!

Looks like dropsy.

Dropsy typically pushes the scales out making the fish look kind of like a pinecone - the scales look fine. Possibly he/she has an intestinal problem - has there been poo recently?
