I was just wondering what kind of protein skimmer everyone uses, I use the Corallife Super Skimmer. I like that brand of skimmer. It gives excellent results. But anyways, what kind do you all use?

i first started out with the coralife super skimmer 65. it did pretty well, but it would freak out too often so whenever i went away or spent a night anywhere the evaporation made the thing overflow like crazy....
i not have an aqua C remora pro with an upgraded pump and skimming box..... honestly, i'm not that impressed with it....
possibly getting a deltec MCE 600 at some point in the future.

Running a seaclone rated at 200g apparently... people say this brand of skimmer sucks... that's an under-statement. Most times, it just plain DOESN'T DO ANYTHING! But, looking at all my options, I'd say DIY is the best brand, IMO most skimmers are severely over priced for what your getting.
Would love to see people's thoughts on this. I'm thinking of switching to sw and, if so, am trying to figure out what kind of skimmer to get (don't have the time or skills for DIY, sadly).
