My fry are about 4 weeks old. The two females look pretty much like miniature versions of their mother, but the one male is still clear, though his tail is starting to show something, as if the color is creeping in. When do guppy fry start to develop color?
It really depends on the variety...generally, darker colored strains will be more obvious sooner, a couple of weeks, while other strains 3-4 weeks. Sounds like you are in the ball park......keep the heat at about 78 and use good quality foods to enhance growth....
