also i bought it from 10000+ 99% positive feedback seller on ebay
he said he sent parts again (sept 13th) but i never recieved it
should i give him negative feedback?

this is my situation

Dear seller,

hi
i won this auction , and i though i would get
all part in the picture
u also wrote "Includes adjustable 4-outlet metal valve and 6-outlet plastic valve that accept standard airline tubing" in description

but i recieved pump only
why u didnt send me the parts with it?

To me,

I am very sorry my wife must have shipped out the wrong pump. I will ship you the parts right away Tuesday. Thank you very much.I do appologize for the mix up on our part.

Dear seller,

im sorry to bother u
have u sent the parts?
i been waiting 6days but nothing arrived yet
i settet up a sm fishroom , bought sponge filters and waiting for parts to arrive

To me,

Yes, I am surprised they have not arrived yet. It was shipped out last week with Priority Mail. Sorry it took so long to get back to you, my hubby was checking if we had any more in stock to ship them again, but that was our last luft in inventory. If you can find the parts elsewhere, I will gladly refund the cost of those replacements, I am also looking and will let you know as soon as I can find something.

Dear seller,

did u ship parts last week to my address?
(--2 ma====d ave ,=====)
if so, can u provide me a tracking number?
if u did , u dont have to ship again , why do we have to look for it again?
i would wait if u sent parts only to my address

To me,

Yes, that was the address we used. Post Office does not have tracking numbers, just a delivery confirmation number that is only showing it was shipped, not dropped off. Priority mail usually only takes 3 days.

God only knows where your package is, but I wouldn't leave bad feedback yet. It's entirely possible that they sent it as stated and (this time) not their fault. Give it a few more days to turn up. If it still hasn't arrived and you're unable to locate the parts, they should offer to refund you 100% including return shipment cost.

this is true. though many will scan when its at the post office and maybe along the way. i would again ask for the number if he really shipped it he would have that number.

cant you just hook a tube up to that and then switch it to pvc and run the lines that way?

If he told you he ( his wife ) sent the wrong pump you could return it get your money back and start over.

i recieved last email on sept,13th , i already waited extra 16 days and i think it wont come to my house
something went wrong. meanwhile i tried to connet it , but the hole on the pump is pretty big , i think i can use only coralife's valve
(saw that in the picture), if i really cant find that valve , i will return it or give him a negative feedback and forget about it

they make tubing several inches take it to home depot lowes and see if you can find something that works its most likley 1/2 inch or something

He doesn't state anywhere that he sent it with Delivery Confirmation, so he probably didn't - otherwise he would give you that number. He did state, correctly, that the post office doesn't use tracking numbers. DC is pretty useless on the buyer's part, it's useful to the seller to prove the package actually did get delivered. As your seller said, all it will tell you is the day it got shipped out, and then after it arrives it will say when it got delivered. That's all it will do.

I remember your previous thread about this pump from quite a while back. I wouldn't leave bad feedback because chances are, he will also leave bad feedback for you, saying you were uncooperative. A quiet dispute with PayPal would be my last resort, but I prefer not to leave bad feedback unless I got genuinely scammed, a seller that messed up (as this one obviously did) is not worthy of bad feedback, IMO...I would just not leave any feedback, or neutral feedback in the cases where that is an option.

Have you tried contacting him since September 13th? Have you looked for replacement parts? The seller said he would reimburse you for those parts if you could find them, I'm sure Coralife's customer service could assist you in locating them: http://coralifeproducts.com/contact/

Just gotta say it, buying a used $77 pump for $10 cheaper is not something I would ever do. Chances are it has $10 worth of wear on it already. I'm sure you are finding that buying things used from sellers is not really worthwhile, unless you are a handy fix-it sort of person. Which is why you will find most people buy new from retailers, taking advantage of coupons, sales, promotional codes etc. whenever possible.
