Where do you have you power strip

Hi everoyone.

I'm looking for some advice. I need a better/more safe location for my power strip. Right now, it's just sitting below the aquarium in the stand, which I know is not safe. I don't think I want to drill holes in the wall and mount it there. What does everyone recommend so I can keep it safe and establish the drip loop for all my cords. I was thinking about getting some double sided tape and just sticking the strip vertically inside the stand. Any help is appreciated!

What about on the back of hte stand? I personally mount mine at ceiling level (I have exposted rafters though).

I have mine mounted on the back of my stands with screws.

I mount mine on the inside of my wood stands, high up. On iron stands I zip tie them to the top of one of the back legs.

I thought about that, but wasn't too sure how to go about doing that. I know where I could put it, but I'm not sure the power strip I have could be "screwed" through.

Mine have holes in the back of them just for that purpose.

What kind of strip do you use?

I tape mine to the legs of my metal stands. Same idea as zip ties but I just didn't have any.

LMAO, to be honest I don't know. I bought them at Walmart in the electronics department. They are surge protector strips (with the gfi built in).
