Where to get a cheap, sturdy, tank stand.

Uh, where do you get cinder blocks? I saw some in China when I was on vacation, but I don't think I should go hauling those back home.
I've got a 10 gallon tank on a piano bench in the room the cats are banned from (also home to the birds). Perfect fit! But measure if it's one you'd have to buy. Mine I picked up free and used as a small cofee table for years in front of a futon. Multi purpose!
Cinder/concrete blocks? Home Depot, Lowes, any other building supply store . . . . different sizes/strengths.
some TV stands can for well for 20H and below tanks.
the best ones dont have "feet" or "legs" like other furniture. the entire base is touching the floor, which spreads out the weight better. also look for plenty of support pieces (ones that go from the top of the stand striagt to the bottom)
