which light??

So for my 20g I need a new light. I will be replacing a 15w "power glow" bulb, this is what the Petco sold me for a fresh water planted and it's for saltwater.
So what I was wondering is should I just get the the "Life-Glo 2"(6700k) or the "Flora-Glo"(2800k) for a fresh water, lightly planted 20g tank. Which one is the best for plant growth only having the 15w????

6700K. It gives of the best spectrum for the plants.

just go to home depot or something something similar and get a5000-7000k bulb. cheaper, and should perform just as well as the specialty bulbs.
