What natural food would be better to feed Angels, rummy noses, harlequin rasboras and Pearl gouramis? Please post any comments or experiences such as: quality, effect on water, etc.

Well what is being fed?
What size are the fish?
Why not frozen mysis?
I would say bloodworms but its being suggested that they are difficult for discus to digest so Id say brine shrimp which arent that nutritious by themselves....

sorry for the tough critique on the poll ?

Is this for a staple food, as in every day? Or is this as a supplement to their normal diet? I chose frozen bloodworms, but I would not feed them every day, maybe twice a week in rotation with a good quality flake.

It's to be fed twice a week. They will also eat HBH Flakes and NLS Thera A+ pellets. the smallest fish is 1 1/2 inches and the biggest 6 inches.

All of my fish love frozen bloodworms and have just started on spirulina brine shrimp, and they love that too. I see no reason why your fish would be any different.

Ok. I decided to buy frozen bloodworms due to the early votes, besides it was one of my two first options and it was cheap ($3.14 the pack with 25 cubes). Thanks to everyone who has voted so far. I'll feed them to the fish tomorrow and I'll let you guys know.
