Not sure if it's some sort of phytoalgae, or a fungus, or what. It's eating holes in the Java fern leaf in the center of the pic, and it also attacks the Anubias. I think it's an algae. Anyway, is there a way to get rid of whatever this is?

Classic symptom of potassium deficiency. The color of the leaves also indicates some other nutrient deficiencies.

I'd recommend buying some dry fertilizer to dose your tank with.

Won't that create an algal bloom? The other leaves don't really look that yellow, it was washout from the flash from the camera.

No. Actually it will fight algae because your plants will be stronger and more able to fight off algae for the needed nutrients.

Agreed^ Your plants need to be fed.

Thanks. It's 46 gallon. It's been set up like this for about 4 years. Besides the plants, there are 2 med Angels (wild type), 1 smallish Discus, 7 or so cardinals, several bloodfins, and a few catfish I see about every two months (upside down cat, and a clown pleco).
