Hi Guys, just seen this white dot on one of my tetras, anyone know what it is and how to treat for it?
I’ve done regular water changes but this is the only fish with the dot

That does not look good...put that cardinal in a hospital tank immediately, or in a bucket even. Get it out of the tank now.

ok i’ll put in a bucket but will it be ok with no filter/heater?

And what next after it’s in there?

No it won't be fine... but this is potentially very infectious and you have to make a choice between this cardinal and the rest of the fish.
The only way to possibly save this fish is keep it in a hospital tank for ±2 months.
