thanks for correcting my price quotes! economics was never my thing :p:
i only know cause my dad use to race/train/own(you got the point) standardbreds so i have looked into it and have been at the auctions

I bought this one from aquabid. After paying for shipping and trans shipping he was around $90.

dam* nice looking fish tai95.
For me to justify spending that much money on one fish that lives 3 years, you better believe I plan on breeding it!

Well thank you. I'm almost ready to breed him. I bought a sibling female from the same seller, but I wasn't to impressed with her. I have found a female that should work better and she should be her soon. I'm hoping that he will "like" her as much as I do and I'll end up with some decent looking fry.

do you breed the wild ones same way as the regulat bettas?
is mouthbrooder easier to breed since the eggs grow in the parents mouth
